A2 Ghee vs Regular Ghee: Which One Should You Choose?

A2 ghee is made from the milk of cow breeds that naturally produce mostly A2 beta-casein protein, such as Gir and other desi cows, while "regular" ghee is usually made from mixed or unspecified milk sources without that distinction. Bilona Ghee Process Explained: How Our Farm Ghee Is Made Step by Step

How to Test Honey Purity at Home (And Why It's Not Reliable)

Home tests like the water test and flame test can give you a rough, informal read on a jar of honey, but they were never designed to catch the sugar-syrup adulteration that worries most buyers today. Signs like crystallisation tell you about how the honey was processed, not whether it's pure — a real purity verdict ultimately needs laboratory testing, not a glass of water.
