How are your Bilona ghee varieties made?
Our Bilona range includes Gir cow, Desi cow and buffalo ghee. The milk specified for each product is set into curd, churned to butter and slow-cooked into ghee. Check the selected product for its milk source and pack size.
What is kachi ghani cold-pressed mustard oil?
It's mustard oil extracted on a traditional wooden press without heat or chemical solvents, keeping its natural pungency and nutrients intact. Our mustard and other oilseeds are grown on our own farm in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Is your honey raw and unprocessed?
Our raw honey is lightly filtered to remove physical impurities, with no added sugar. Check the product for its stated variety and ask our team about the source of the batch you are buying.
Are your pickles made the traditional Rajasthani way?
Yes. Farm-grown mango, lemon and chilli, mixed with traditional spices and oil, then matured naturally in small batches, the same way they've always been made in Rajasthani households.
