Koi Chhupi Baat Nahi.
Har stage ka ek maksad hai. Dekhiye kya hota hai, kaise hota hai aur kyun zaroori hai.
Process illustrations explain the method; ask our team for product and batch details.
Stage 01
Milk Selected for Each Variety
Gir cow, Desi cow or buffalo milk is selected according to the ghee being made and checked before processing.
Why this stage matters
Check the individual product for its milk source and ask about the available batch.
Stage 02
Curd Is Set Naturally
The milk is cultured and rested in suitable conditions until it becomes curd with the right body and aroma.
Why this stage matters
This cultured-curd stage gives bilona ghee its traditional character.
Stage 03
Hand-Churned With Bilona
The curd is churned slowly to separate makkhan. This is fundamentally different from making ghee directly from separated cream.
Why this stage matters
Slow churning separates the butter without rushing the process.
Stage 04
Slow-Cooked and Filtered
Makkhan is heated gradually until moisture leaves and clear aromatic ghee forms, then it is filtered and packed.
Why this stage matters
Colour, aroma and clarity are reviewed before packing.
