How can I tell raw honey from adulterated honey?
Appearance, taste and home tests do not establish purity. Ask about the source and a matching batch test report before buying; our team can confirm what documentation is available.
Why has my honey turned solid or grainy?
Honey can naturally crystallise during storage. Crystallisation alone does not prove that honey is raw or pure. Follow the storage instructions on your pack.
